Why hydrogen water is my personal highlight

Let’s flow… as you may have already read in our "about us" section, the trigger for our purchasing decision was my uneasy gut feeling about our tap water, as well as the taste, which, despite new water pipes and a new backwash filter (Bob the Builder makes it possible), left a lot to be desired.
About me: For about three years, I had been feeling pretty run down health-wise – and mentally too. During the aforementioned pandemic, the virus hit me twice within a year. With the last infection, I also got pleurisy. My energy level felt like a spectacular 0.0.
Constantly exhausted, headaches, no more motivation for sporting activities like jogging or my yoga "Om." If at all, then only short sequences. Yet I'm someone who pays a lot of attention to healthy and conscious nutrition, is out with the dog daily, and generally values self-care.
All the more, I couldn't understand why I just couldn't get back on track. "I'm still young..." I thought.

Ordered, delivered – the joy was immense. Now, of course, the question arose: will salvation come now?
My husband "Bob the Builder" installed the device himself – according to Stefan, basically not a big deal. Our Aquion consultant Peter then came by to check everything and explain the most important functions to us.

Hmm... ok. Where was the new energy now?
After almost four weeks, I still felt no real improvement in my well-being. Logically, I was quite disappointed – after all, you invest a good sum.
After I had expressed my displeasure, I was advised to drink only hydrogen water from now on.
And now comes my very personal highlight:
After just two weeks, I really felt like my battery was recharging. Day by day, I felt my body gaining more energy, regenerating, and coming back into balance.
My symptoms disappeared little by little. It felt like a healthy person was living in me again.
Hooray for hydrogen water – I totally celebrate it and am simply grateful.
The fact is: this energy-rich water can help support metabolism and promote vitality and the immune system.
This is how we finally got back into our flow.
