Going barefoot - pure grounding

Sounds easy, right? But it's much more than just taking off your shoes. For me, as a Yin Yoga teacher and self-care enthusiast, walking barefoot is a wonderful way to reconnect deeply with the earth and myself. Especially in this fast-paced and sometimes very hectic time of digital overload, it is so important and fundamental to ground yourself again.

And I looove walking barefoot & feeling the ground directly under my feet.


It's an invitation to open your senses, feel your body, and arrive in the here & now.
